In this leadership and pastoral growth class, Hope Darst teaches on the need to build your worship community within the framework of a family. She stresses some of the potential shortcomings of having a worship community under the familiar “team” framework. She also shares how spiritual growth and ministry dynamics can be improved by shifting our focus on creating a healthy worship family.
This worship team building class is presented by Hope Darst, who has 15 years of experience leading worship, most recently with The Belonging Co. church in Nashville.
